Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item or offer a refund.
Unfortunately certain items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
These are:
Bikini Bottoms
Knickers
Basques
Bodies
Tights
Stockings
All bra accessories
How to make a return?
1) Send back the item within 7 days of receipt.
2) Ensure it is unworn with all original packaging intact
3) Include your original delivery slip and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another product or size. If you would like an exchange please specify exactly which product size and colour you would like.
If you would like to exchange a product it is necessary to issue a refund for items and then a new order will be raised for the requested replacements, which will be charged to the card details provided at the time of the original order. You can add a note in the space provided with your requirements, however many of our customers prefer to reorder direct online to avoid any delays and the items being sold out and then accept a refund for the returned items once received by our returns department.
